Yab Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed and published by Yab Studio.
1. Data Collection and Usage
To provide our services, we may collect the following information:
- Purchases & Subscriptions: We use RevenueCat to manage premium access. Your billing and payment data is handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. We do not store your credit card details.
- Usage & Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., via PostHog) to improve app performance, educational content, and user experience.
- Local Data: Features such as camera processing for learning or fitness tracking are processed locally on your device in real-time. No video or image data is ever recorded or transmitted.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
For apps offering premium subscriptions, the following Apple terms apply:
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted partners to handle specific app functions:
- RevenueCat: Subscription management.
- PostHog / Google Analytics: Performance and usage tracking.
- Apple App Store: Payment processing and billing.
4. GDPR and CCPA Compliance
We respect your data rights. Users in the EEA and California have the right to request access to or deletion of their data. Since we store minimal personal data, most information is handled through Apple’s own privacy controls.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
