1. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: Consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. Squat : Auto Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. By using this app, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activities that may involve risk of injury and agree to release YABO Apps and its developers from any liability.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Squat : Auto Tracker (the "App") and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store Account Settings.
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policy.

4. Camera Usage

You grant the App permission to access your device’s camera solely to count squats and provide workout tracking. All processing happens locally on your device — no video or images are stored or transmitted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, and arrangement) are owned by YABO Apps, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Contributions

If the App allows you to post content in the future, all submissions must comply with our content standards and not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YABO Apps, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
